Cop City in Atlanta: A Classism Thing

The mayor is creating a city in B cab county, Andre Dickens. It's being designed to train police officers from around the country. He made it a classism thing where only the organizers were aware of what was even happening. They did such a good job of keeping all the people who usually would have been on the issue like celebrities and others.
