The Kremlin's Tough Response to Vladimir Putin's Speech
Kremlin has spoken, there's going to be a tough response, and we're waiting to see what it is. It doesn't feel at the moment as if Russia is going to descend into civil war. But this is a huge problem that Vladimir Putin has to sort out. Not only has he got a war going on in Ukraine, which he started, but he's now got this arm mutiny in his own country that he needs to sort out somehow.
