How do you encourage the visibility of someone's whole skill set and whole self when we're working remotely? So for example, I think before in an office capacity, you know, you could have events where you call out all this person amazing at music. And that's a huge problem and it's still quite invisible what you said, Sophie. The fact that by not meeting in person, we lose all that information about people.
