How to Find a Pique Moment in Your Trainings

Psychologists have found that there're two types of moments that we disproportionately recall. One is called the pek moment, and that is the most positive moment in a positive experience. The other is the peak end principle, or the peak end rule. And so that teaches us something about experiences. Not every moment has to be awesome right for it to be a great experience. Most of the experience is going to wash out in people's brains. They can't remember the whole thing. We we really have to get certain moments right.
