I think for most of my elective cases that I do, and I do a lot of orthopedics where I'll use 1% Narapin, it's not time critical for me to get that block in within five minutes. But certainly, when you think about it in terms of using it as an epidural for a cesarean, especially emergency cesareans, you do want to have that quicker onset.
