How to Grow a Business in the Digital Age
I would go back to knowing yourself and what your strengths are. My biggest strength starting off, the software company was that I was the customer at first. So building for yourself is one like tried and true approach to business. Whatever you do, you need to stay really close to the market. And then the hope is you build a strong enough business that it can last until the market catches up to where you think it's going. You also have to be right. Yeah, 100%.
