HARP's Transmissions Could Affect the Weather
HARP is a multi-acre facility in the Alaskan wilderness filled with giant antennas that send radio waves into the sky. According to scientists involved in the project, HARP's transmissions aren't capable of affecting the weather at all. Nevertheless, chemtrail theorists speculate that Harp's transmissions were being used together with aerial chemical spraying in a secret effort to address global warming. The basis of this theory is that when certain metallic particles are sprayed into the air, they can amplify the electromagnetic signals from HARP's antennas.
