Coinbase vs Tornedo Cash - What's Going to Happen?
Tornado cash is being sued by the U.S. Treasury for sanctioning a technology, not just individuals. Coin base says it does not have regulatory authority to sanction sotware. The legal challenges will probably lock down and tie down any attempts by no offect to expand that bridge head into then making unilh validators block transactions or having exchanges impose lots of restrictions on use of funds from Tornado Cash.
