I think, you i think that people at the local level could actively resist if the threat is immediate to their community. Just like if some one comes into your house and seeks to do you your family harm, you rihtand violently resist that person as well. But eventually you need that continental congress. And then you need something to be, some entity to have if you're successful in deposing, actually reinstate something. So i think i did replace it. I mean, similar to the classical principles of just war, one of the variables in that assessment has to be feasibility of success, likee probability of success.
