A crisis like this can be a national security threat, because worse actors take over the pakistan government than we've had before. I think physically, ya. You imagine flood waters taking over a facility that is involved in the commanding control of nuclear weapons. And so what tools does a country, or does the international system have to manage when you have these kind of complex, intersecting crises? And i just it just makes the whole neighborhood more dangerous, right?
