Is the Pandemic Going to Affect Your Real Estate Market?
I don't know whether it's different yet, but i'm sure we'll find out. But what what happens is that our market has historically been very cyclical with regard to the seasons. I was in the business when the interest rates are 18 %, and we were selling like crazy. It's just like the extra taxes that we have to pay on the sale of real estate. You know, it looks terrible when they're first instituting these is seas. But everybody gets used to it.
