Ray Dalio, founder of the world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, told investors there's a risk that the Federal Reserve could create a market route similar to that of 1937 if it raises interest rates too fast. Think about that for a moment. If we ever had one or 2% interest rates, again, the world would end. Maybe the world has already ended financially.
