Traveling to a Developmental Country?

Hochimin city is a great place to go on holiday. The people are friendly and most speak some basic english. But sometimes it feels like they just want your money, which can be unfriendly. I think if i went back there again, i would probably visit other countries in the area,. Like cambodia and lause, and maybe tyland too.
