How Important Is It to Answer Emails?

I was a one man shop, you know, managing people, managing clients and filming videos every day. At the peak of its popularity in 2010, I was getting like 300 to 500 emails a day. One email actually missed was an introduction to the president of the Advertising Society who wanted me to speak in front of their group. He met his girlfriend Caroline Weingart through Twitter direct messages after she asked him to do a Skype speaking thing for her school. "This spark wouldn't have even started if it wasn't for that," he says.
