The Decentralization of the Securities Market

There's definitely a lot of ambiguity there where do you think the line will ultimately be drawn in terms of which assets are securities. The SEC has once said or said that three fourths of the market were not securities now it seems like 99.99% of assets in this market are securities is there you know could we shake out at 50 50? I don't think it makes a lot of sense to just compromise on you know percentage thresholds of the market and just try to placate individual jurisdictional issues. Good law is based off of good principles and good regulation implements good law through thoughtful nuance right so the principles that I think embrace around what things represent securities and security interests.
