What can we do to reduce the influence of incumbencts upon the regulatory burden of businesses and autra penureal enterprises that do not yet exist? Ye, that's a tough one, it really is. Ah, if we can raise the cost of a doing that for a politician, put a tax on them, right? Make them face a cost of imposing that regulation. So can we give politicians a regulatory budget, in the way that you and i have t have a budget.
