This is an almost perfect conspiracy, in that it takes the incongruities and applies a logical meaning. It all seems a bit… Convenient? Yeah. But this is a sprawling theory. What if we take each claim separately? I could see the CIA wanting to make an example out of radical socialists leaving the country. Killing 900 people to prove a point to millions of regular citizens seems unlikely. Even if they just jumped at the opportunity and let the unhinged Jones do as he pleased,. We can't disprove this theory, but it just feels too much like a 70s political thriller.
