Sen. Garland Pierce's Motion to Suspend the Rules for His Votes

Rep. garland pierce wanted to be recorded on all the votes that were taken last thursday, which was like, i think, between ten and 15 votes. They weren't all yeses, they weren't all nos. And he gave a floor speech saying, was a mistake. I'm not trying to change my vote from yes to no on things. I am trying to be recorded as voting. This was unintentional.
