Do Manufacturers Lobbie for This Regulation?

There is no way in hell that the manufacturers have not heavily lobbied for this. There is so much money to be made toting in these new machines, with all this new omissions technology. A scraper re power for 57, six 57 is a half million dollars,. 500 thousand dollars to re power a machine. That's already working, buth. It's pretty crazy. But i've also talked to lot of people that are like, i can barely afford to operate my business as is, and now i need to comply with this whole omission thing. I can't now up now my truck is just completely worthless.
