The Unfortunate Story of Danny Penny

Danny Penny, a 24-year-old Marine stood up when a homeless violent guy with a long history of violence threatened people on a subway train. He tried to lock them up, put them in a suppression hole, didn't end up being a chokehold. But sometime today, we will find out if a grand jury will indict this kid for doing what I thought was the 100% right thing. It is worrying because we don't know any examples of more intelligent things being controlled by less intelligent things.
