A conversation with filmmaker and correspondent Sebastian Walker about his recent interview with Rafael Grossi, the head of the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency. Grossi  says inspectors no longer have visibility into Iran’s nuclear program.
