In 20 20, i published a book with reaction press in great britain which is called food adulteration and food fraud. The whole book was inspired by harvey wiley. When you cover his ideas over time, and you try to cover them in depth,. like i did, you realize just how incredibly confusing questions of what things are natural and what things are pure really are.
