Why Are the All Blacks Struggling to Find Head Coaches?
The All Blacks are struggling to find a new coach. This is the third coaching selection process in a row where they've been just two candidates. There's not that many candidates out there, despite New Zealand proliferating the rugby world in terms of head coaching opportunities. But also I think it's a reflection that the process has been seen as very closed door. So that's probably something that they need to reflect on.
