How Do You Evaluate an Active Manager?
Jack Bogle began as an active manager. You're now about 20% active at Vanguard. Tell us a little bit about what you guys are doing on the active side of asset management. We firmly believe in active we firmly believe in low cost active but it's placed in the portfolio has changed. If you think about port for most clients it's an index at the core and if you're going to if you have the the risk appetite for active it's going to play much more of a satellite.
