Potato Recipes That Are Worth Trying
Professor earle has been interested in trying some of these iconic recipes from particular moments of the past. I think those sorts of experiences are also interesting to try to recapture historically. So i don't pretend that by cooking a recipe from the eighteenth century, i'm in any way tasting what people in the eighteenth century tasted. And it's so that's something i learn well, ther you no a, a little bit of even practical potato advice came out of this interview.
