How to Help a Team

There is no such thing as one person's problem. There are only team problems. Widen the circle when something happens and you need help, expand the circle of people you ask to help you. Everyone is your equal on sight. We all get what e tolerate. Teams should set very clear expectations about what will and will not be tolerated. Establish urgency and direction with weekly monthly or overall milestone goals. Select members based on skill and skill potential, not personalities. Organize meeting systems so the team can communicate, collaborate and connect in the right ways at the right times. Exploit the power of positive feedback, recognition and rewards.
