Do We Need to Reassess the Supreme Court's Decisions?

There is there the're very serious questions then. No one's asked us to opine on those, but i'm going to do it anyway. I don't know if we'll actually get to that point. For a long time, the supreme court has legislated from the bench on many issues,. But many of these issues, i think, are good things.
