An ideal world would be legal disputes are decided by a group of decentralized people. And if you can convince them rather than someone with interest to deny the appeal, then of course, it's more advantageous. There is a legal framework to assign decisions to crypto. In the same way that these big corporations require arbitration with this arbitrator, you can require that the token holders decide.
