Why Doesn't Carlos Tavares Invest More in Alfa Romeo?
Carlos Tavares says Alfa Romeo is a big success since Stenantis was created. It's now a highly profitable brand, 60% volume growth on the H1 2023 compared to last year. In 2016, they sold fewer than 600 cars for the full year in the US. These 12,000 that they've sold last year were down from the previous year and this year on their own track to sell even fewer. So when you're having reliability problems, it's an automatic no-go.
