In a Scripted Play, M Is a Predictive Mechanism That Descripts Future Events
Historical drama is a predictive mechanism that descripts future events, i argue. In so far as a scripted play is a prediction of the future it's called s. And then m, as i argue, within a play like henry four m, those kinds of phenomena are repeatedly produced. So they are dead men who are being reanimated in order to become dead men again. We have this kind of double exposure where we're invited to see the living person, am, as superimposed with his or her own spectral self - both past and future.
