Is Michael Pittman a Top 20 Wide Receiver?

I think this is a bounce back week for Michael Pittman. I couldn't imagine ranking Pittman behind the top 18 as far as who I would start based on his opportunity and the matchup. Pierce is going to get more downfield targets than Pittman ever will. Jelani Woods like the other players on this team are seeing some targets down the field. They have a really really low deep ball rate.
