Scotland already has multiple offshore win turbine installations around its coast, which are proved to be more popular with the public than on shore installations. But norway seems to have a more approach, at least within its own borders when it comes to offshore wind. They have only recently announced an auction for an off shore wind farm to be happening later this year.
