Co-firing is more costly than generation shifting, but still within the parimeters of cost reasonableness under the clean air act. It's a forward looking kind of technology forcing a statute. In it we have things like lake sulphur scrubbers in the seventies, which e p a promulgated rules to deal with acid rain. And the cost of those scrubbers had been cut in half in 20 years. You know, i think the forwd looking nature of theClean Air Act provides a good pathway to costic lines.
