Is India a Close Partner With Russia?

i havenot seen actually a lat of tension in this indias domain. Maybe there are other issues related to some kind of so the united states definitely wants to india more involved in its own approach to competing with china. So this might be much more controversial. But in the information cypre space, haven't seen many problems,. i believe, that we can even talk about, or may be speculate about india playing some kind roll of some kind of a ado, maybe a mediator or a bridge between russia and the United States.
