The Shadow Banking Sector Is in Defense Mode
It's inconceivable to me that it is over simply because you can't unsee a series of bank failures. People having seen this kind of event will be quite cautious in rolling over existing risks. And if you know that you have an unlimited downside on a risk with very limited upside, why would you take that? I would suggest everything in the shadow banking sector is also in defense mode.
