Willis: The focus of your testimony yesterday was on intelligence. And the whole question is, how does the United States think about intelligence in the world we're in? He says it's not just Republicans you might expect to hear this from, but it's Democrats as well. Willie: How do you have a 21st century intelligence community that serves American national security?
