i love this, a tiny dude riding on the back of a fish. And there's also a kind of different flavor to these two images. I think this is an object that e is bigger than just celtic culture. A tork was big in celtic society and symbolized power or rank. The snake has features on its head which one scholar identified as ram's horns.
