For someone that wants to look ripped, but not as shredded as you, they could go for a one day a week. It depends on your body type and it depends on your metabolism. If you are something who gain fat easily, I will not suggest it. But if you are an ectomorph, someone who will struggle to gain muscle and fat, yes, you can have a cheat day. For myself, I have only one cheat meal.
