Donald O'Clifton: One of the big things when I was in corporate America, Myers Briggs and you know, people today on like it's a little bit different because it's like new age spiritualism, but in Neagram. Just what are your thoughts on those types of tools for personality assessment? You find them helpful, etc. Full disclosure, haven't ever done one. But as far as an upfront kind of teasers, I'm like teasing out these ideas. Those can be really helpful, especially upfront. It will not replace the process.
