There's some contrast even at the highest levels, isn't there? Very much so. I'm really blessed by being able to work with a number of very talented traders and very successful firms. The smallest firm that I work with has about $3 billion under management. Even within those funds between peers, there are real differences in the preparation approach. It's leveraging our strengths, not just showing up weaknesses, but accounts for elite performance.
