Chelsea Are Buying in a Certain Pattern, Right?
Chelsea have signed Michaela Mujic and Noni Manawake this summer. The signings are part of the Blues' plan to build a farm system for young players. I think if you're plotting the vision, what Chelsea are doing is very much phase one still. Then we're going to get into stage two and three down the line.
