Is There Evidence of Clustering in Forms in India?

This paper one ne of our emergent s prizes that we give out. It mercatis, right? Yes. And what i really like about it is it has two things that are wonderful. One is, it's de centralized, in the sense hat's a highly local response. Two, it's an actual response to a given situation, as opposed to a one sized fits all dictat that just sort of, you know, pops from above. So againhm, thanks to cowit. There was a little bit of a delay in me actually getting to writing this paper up, but that's that's what i'm hoping to get back to doing soon.
