The Importance of Balance in Health Care

I think that the two missions of health care, i.e. fix patients and make money, are somewhat misaligned and that creates conflict. Maybe we should give an example of something where what a physician wants to do can't be done within the system that they work or is more difficult to do in their own practice. I guess it's appropriate to say repeated exposure to those kinds of situations can lead to moral injury. Is there a good example from your book that maybe you can provide?
