The victim's name is billy stafford, a forty one year old husband and father who lives about ten miles away in an even smaller town called bangs falls. He was killed by a shotgun blast to the head, one fired from close enough to virtually decapitate him. But when police get there, they obviously look close and they see what really happened. The truck's keys are still in the ignition. And just outside the driver's side door, on the ground, they find a set of false teeth.
