Samuel huntington published his seminole, the soldier in the state 65 years ago. He set out to show how military as a profession interacts with policy makers. And so now i thought that 50 some years later, we're pretty much facing the same issue with the intelligence community. We have to say, ok, being intelligence officer is a profession, and hears why. And then this is how the intel profession, just like the military profession, should correctly interact with civilian authority in order to support it best.
