The Importance of Liberalism in Ukraine

I don't think we're necessarily in a quintessential cold war, but I do think we're entering multiple or early largely since 2008 and certain ways. There's been an increasing challenge by certain countries to the Western US led liberal interventionist or institutional order. Ukraine is on the precipice of it either falls into the hands of Russia and likely becomes a bit of a Belarus to point out,. Or it remains democratic and part of the West and more sort of along that line. So where do you see and why do you see very simply Ukraine as such a epitome of what you know you're emphasizing your liberalism is?
