Will Herbert Mullen's Insanity Plea Succeed?

Herbert mullen pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. He confessed to the murders of six people, but was never tried for them. The jury found him guilty on all counts and he is sentenced to life in prison. Tom honeg has thoughts about why the insanity plea failed. Even though i didn't agree with the verdict, i was kind of glad it happened that way. You don't want him out in public. And i don't see either case that there's anything that rehabilitation will do for either one of em.
