Is There Value in Talking to Others?
Therapy specifically, or talking to others. I think most people who are really burnt out can't do that at all. So it needs to be smaller things, maybe, and then maybe leading to that. Or, and it may look like saying yes when you want your everything is screaming no - but we need to move. Our bodyestn says, have a conversation, have a nip in the bud. You know that making yourself do some grand gesture because it will take some steps forward. We're not good at resting; what do we need to do before we can go give ourselves completely to something? That's just being careful.
