The Problem With New York's Political System

I want to congratulate you really quick on Rochester. I don't think I'd spend any time in Rochester before. The problem with New York is that we have one party system. It's not the Democrats, it's the Democrats and Republicans. And so they're very savvy. They do everything possible to keep people from rising up and taking control at the local level. So as bad and decrepit as New York is, it's also creating very savvy political operatives who are outside of the system.
