That horrifying video comes as Volodymyr Zelensky is sending reinforcements to Bakhmoo, a city on the cusp of falling to Russia. NATO intelligence tonight says Putin has lost five men for every Ukrainian soldier fighting in the months-long combat around BakhMoo.
